Dejana Schober joins the Business Management in Zurich

Colin&Cie warmly welcomes Dejana Schober to its Zurich office. A graduate in business administration (HF), she will strengthen the team in the areas of securities accounting and compliance. Prior to joining Colin&Cie, she worked as a Business Manager at UBS Asset Management Switzerland within the Active Equities division.

During the first ten years of her career, Dejana built a strong foundation in financial accounting, accounts payable and management accounting. Her career in asset management began when she joined Credit Suisse in 2011. After holding positions in the middle office and equity portfolio management, she moved into the divisional management of the equities business as a Business Manager from 2018 onwards and oversaw various projects relating to process and organisational development. Following the acquisition of Credit Suisse by UBS, she focused in particular on governance, compliance and risk management issues in her most recent role within the Active Equities division. She also coordinated internal audits and played a part in integration projects following the merger of the two institutions.

Reflecting on her new role at Colin&Cie, Dejana says: “After many years in a large international organisation, I am looking forward to an environment with short decision-making processes and genuine proximity to the client business. Effective business management creates the framework that enables advisers to focus entirely on delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships. This is precisely where I would like to contribute my expertise and play an active role in shaping the future development of Colin&Cie. With its clear strategic direction, compelling business model, strong client focus, and collaborative culture, Colin&Cie offers me the ideal environment for a new chapter in my career.

Dejana lives in Zurich. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sport and is passionate about travelling.

We wish her every success in getting started and look forward to working with her.
