Mischa Anand starts as Head of Investment Selection & Advisory

Colin&Cie warmly welcomes its new colleague Mischa Anand to the office in Zurich. With more than 25 years of experience in private banking and extensive expertise in active investment advice, investment solutions, and sales, he will oversee investment selection within discretionary asset management at Colin&Cie and will lead a project to shape the future of the advisory business.

Mischa Anand holds a degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences in the Italian-speaking Switzerland (SUPSI), is a certified financial planner, and holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He began his career in private banking at UBS. Through his broad experience in portfolio management, bond trading, client advisory services, and communications, he built a strong foundation for his comprehensive expertise in capital markets and asset management early on. He later supported strategic client book development projects in international wealth management and held a management position responsible for advising and developing investment strategies for high-net-worth clients in Central Switzerland. In 2010, Mischa Anand joined Julius Baer. As Head of Advisory Zurich and Client Advisor, he focused on providing tailored and comprehensive support to discerning private clients, family offices, and semi-institutional investors—from holistic wealth planning to comprehensive portfolio structuring with direct asset management across all asset classes.

Mischa Anand lives in Wollerau with his partner and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities. Trail running—running on unpaved forest and mountain trails—gives him peace, clarity, and endurance, while also strengthening his mental resilience, which also benefits his everyday working life.
