Personnel expansion in recruiting and talent development

Colin&Cie welcomes new colleague Stephanie König-Felten. Stephanie will take the lead for recruiting and talent development, supporting and expanding the company's cross-location and cross-country growth ambitions as a bank-independent asset manager.

Stephanie König-Felten has more than 25 years of professional experience in human resources management. For many years, she held senior positions in the Luxembourg financial centre. Her employers included Fidelity International, UBS (Luxembourg), Ernst & Young Luxembourg and Nordea Bank. She also founded her own HR consulting company. Stephanie has built up a strong professional network during her career, which gives her access to financial experts in Switzerland, the Benelux as well as Germany in particular.

Stephanie König-Felten is a German citizen, married and has two sons. She lives in Trier, the oldest city in Germany. In her free time, she is interested in sports, enjoys being active herself (running, swimming) and regularly goes travelling. A native German speaker, Stephanie is fluent in English and French.
