Colin&Cie continues to grow with new employees

Colin&Cie welcomes two new colleagues as of 15 August 2022. Pascal Moritz starts as an Investment Officer in Zurich and Patrick Henrich joins in Luxembourg in the area of Compliance. Colin&Cie is thus further expanding its own capacities and competencies in a challenging market environment and investing in areas that are essential for continuous growth and high-quality asset management.

With the two new additions, Colin&Cie is strengthening its own staff base and expanding its own capacities. In this way, Colin&Cie ensures that its clients can continue to rely on its expertise and quality as it grows.

With its own investment office, Colin&Cie is in a position to base investment strategies for its clients on comprehensive and independent research and its own valuation models. Pascal Moritz's role as part of the Investment Office team at the Zurich location is therefore of corresponding importance.

Pascal Moritz joins Colin&Cie from the private bank Lienhardt & Partner in Zurich, where he worked in the credit business for private clients and institutional investors. He holds a degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) with a specialisation in Banking & Finance. At Colin&Cie, the 28-year-old is now joining the Investment Office to pursue his professional development: "After completing my further education, I am looking forward to putting the theoretical knowledge I have acquired into practice. At Colin&Cie, I was impressed by the corporate culture, the independent set-up of the Investment Office, as well as the commitment of my new colleagues," says Pascal Moritz about his move.

In the course of the constantly tightening regulatory requirements - both in Luxembourg and in Switzerland - a professional internal organisation and the associated strict corporate governance are essential for Colin&Cie's steady growth. This is the only way to guarantee the security of the company and consequently also of client assets and employees.

In the past, 49-year-old Patrick Henrich worked independently as a management consultant for banks in the project environment, compliance and bank organisation, among other things, and was employed at various banks in Luxembourg, e.g. at DZ Privatbank S.A. in the Private Banking division, where he was responsible for process management from front-office (KYC, contracts) and advisory processes (basic documentation) as well as complaints management. Before that, he worked for Banque LBLux S.A. for a long time as a senior bank organiser, project manager and in IT controlling. He also holds a degree in banking management (Bankakademie). Patrick Henrich says of his start: "The main reasons for my decision to work for Colin&Cie were the versatility of the task, the professionalism of the working environment and Colin&Cie's ambition to be an industry leader in the interest of its clients, also in regulatory matters".

Patrick Henrich is a German national and lives in the Trier area. He enjoys spending his free time hiking, travelling, meeting his circle of friends and caring for elderly and vulnerable people as a volunteer.

Pascal Moritz is Swiss and lives in the greater Zurich area. In his private life, he also enjoys dealing with the stock market and business in general, regularly works out, plays football in a club he founded himself and likes to travel.
